We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order departs our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal or contact our customer support team for a prepaid shipping label.
Which payment methods do you accept?
liGo accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and modern digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Clearpay.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all electronics and hardware items come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. This covers any functional defects or hardware failures under normal usage conditions.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can change or cancel your order within 60 minutes of placement by contacting our support team. After this window, we may be unable to stop the shipment, but you can return it once it arrives.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, liGo ships to the United Kingdom, Ireland, and select European countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
